Registration and access control for your events

Sell tickets with secure payment, invite your customers with a code and run the door with a scanner on a phone. Every guest gets their ticket by email with a QR code and a PDF, and no ticket gets in twice.

01 — Who it's for

One event, several audiences, a single door

Trade fairs and professional events

Paper invitations, guest lists in spreadsheets and a door where nobody knows who has come in or how many places are left.

Invitation codes per customer, tickets by email with a QR code and live capacity in the dashboard.

Food and cultural events

Tickets, meals and paid extras spread across tools that don't talk to each other.

Ticket and paid extras in the same purchase, plus extras that can be added to a ticket already issued.

Brands that invite their customers

Inviting your customers and selling to the public at the same event without one eating into the other's capacity.

Free invitations and public sales kept apart, each with its own opening and closing, on the same capacity.

02 — How it works

From the event website to the door, in three steps

01

You publish the event

A bilingual website with programme, exhibitors, menu, directions and FAQs. Texts are edited from the dashboard, with no code involved.

02

You sell and invite

Purchase with secure payment or redemption of an invitation code. The ticket arrives by email with a QR code, a PDF with the booking reference and a calendar entry.

03

You run the door

Staff scan from their phones: full-screen result, ticket type and a record of every entry. A ticket that has been used does not get in again.

03 — Capabilities

Everything between registration and the door

Real capabilities, proven in production.

C1

Sales with secure payment

Stripe Checkout: card details never touch our servers. Purchase by quantity, age verification when the event requires it, and refunds that cancel the ticket automatically.

C2

Invitation codes

Per-customer or shared codes, bulk import, a code generator, printed invitations with a QR code, and redemption that opens and closes separately from sales.

C3

Capacity with no overselling

A place is reserved atomically when checkout starts and released automatically if payment is not completed: selling more places than exist is impossible by design.

C4

Tickets by email

QR code, PDF with booking reference, calendar entry and a page to recover tickets if the email goes missing.

C5

Box-office scanner

On staff phones, with a full-screen result, a record of who scanned each ticket and when, manual check-in and an undo for mistakes.

C6

Admin dashboard

Live capacity, attendees, codes, orders and revenue; editable website content; CSV export and a full database copy in one click.

Separate roles: admins get the full dashboard, box-office staff only the scanner. Sessions can be revoked instantly.

04 — On the day

Ready for the day that can't be repeated

An event gets no second chance, so the platform monitors itself, keeps copies and has a plan B.

Continuous monitoring

A service check every two minutes, with an email alert if something fails and another when it recovers.

Backups

Automatic backups every hour and a full database copy downloadable from the dashboard in one click.

Paper plan B

An exportable attendee list to print for each box office, and manual check-in to reconcile everything in the dashboard afterwards.

Data with an expiry date

Personal data is purged 30 days after the event, in line with the GDPR data-minimisation principle.

05 — Case study

A professional wine fair · October 2026

Registration, customer invitations, a paid lunch and access control for a professional wine fair held at GOe in Donostia-San Sebastián and organised by a drinks distributor in Gipuzkoa. Platform designed, built and run by Klik.

  • VenueGOe, Donostia-San Sebastián
  • AudiencesCustomers invited with a code + general sales
  • ExtrasPaid lunch, also added to tickets already issued
  • DeliveryEmail with QR code, PDF and calendar entry
  • DoorPhone scanner, a record of every entry and a paper plan B
  • DataPersonal data purged after 30 days

Problem Two audiences, one capacity and a lunch with limited places

The distributor wanted to invite its customers with a code while selling tickets to the general public, with a paid lunch and limited places, without any one sale eating into the others' places.

Solution Sales and redemption kept apart on an atomic capacity

A bilingual event website, Stripe checkout with age verification, invitation redemption with its own opening and closing, tickets by email with QR and PDF, printed invitations with a QR code generated by the platform, and a box-office scanner with roles and a record of every entry.

Status In production for the October 2026 edition

Adversarial review before sales opened, concurrency tests (single redemption, no overselling and double scanning), monitoring with alerts and hourly backups. Personal data is purged 30 days after the event.
