01 — Who it's for

Easy participation with data capture

Brands & sponsors

Brand activation ends at impressions: not a single first-party data point from the people taking part.

Light sign-up with consent: every participation becomes actionable first-party data.

Events & culture

Popular juries with paper ballots, manual counts and results nobody can audit.

Digital voting by phases with an auditable arithmetic count and live results for the contest.

Administrations & tourism

Heavy citizen-participation processes most people abandon before finishing.

Light mobile-first participation, bilingual and with the GDPR guarantees an administration requires.

03 — Success case

Popular vote of an international contest · 2026

Popular vote of an international contest held within a major cultural event (summer 2026), sponsored by a food retail chain. Platform designed, developed and operated by Klik for four consecutive years (2023–2026): results determine the popular jury award and are shared with the contest organisation.

Problem A massive popular jury, seven nights in a row

An international contest needs thousands of people voting from their phones every night, with no sign-up friction, no duplicate votes, and a count the organisation can audit.

Solution Phased voting with light sign-up and a prize draw

A stories-style voting journey for each night, opening automatically at 23:00; sign-up in seconds with GDPR consent and prize-draw participation; live aggregated results; and anti-fraud with per-phase deduplication, signed tokens and CDN protection. All bilingual Basque/Spanish, on the event's official domain.

Result Operating, not just building: 12,964 votes and zero incidents

Seven punctual automatic openings, with votes from the very first minutes and zero incidents across ten days of operation — the contingency page was never activated. A disqualification communicated by the organisation mid-contest was applied in production the same day (voting closed server-side, ranking updated, notice published) without affecting the rest of the contest or votes already cast, and two usability improvements were hot-deployed outside voting windows. Personal data lives on the client's servers and is not reachable from the web, public results are aggregates only, and automatic deletion is scheduled 60 days after closing. The 2026 edition is the fourth in a row on the platform.
